Our martial arts programs provide a true full body workout, and our classes combine the athletic challenges of Karate, Judo, and Jujitsu. They involve lots of cardiovascular exercises and repetitive muscular actions such as kicks, punches, strikes, low stances, footwork, ground maneuvering, etc. As a result, students build strength, increase flexibility, and improve endurance, as well as burn fat. Martial arts students have also shown to have better blood pressure and heart rates as well!
